Funny Encounter With Cake

 

 

 

I decided early on that I will indulge on cake if the cravings arise. I'm not fond of cake though.

I do eat them but I'm not so into them. I decided to  buy once the cravings arise. So it happened last week. 

I sent a down payment for a Blueberry Cake (Bento). Actually I was not focusing on the "bento". I specifically encircled the cake from its post, hoping for that size and I was also expecting for the amount of Php300.00

Unbeknownst to me, when I said the smallest, it was the size of "ensaymada", lol. Ensaymada is Filipino soft, sweet dough pastry covered with butter and sugar then topped with lots of grated cheese. 

So imagine my shock of seeing this small cake, too small, like a palm of my hand. I have traveled 12 kilometers just for this. Lol. So I added a pizza from Gavroche so we have something to eat at home. I also bought 5 milk tea in different flavors (1 melon, 1 strawberry, 1 taro and 2 cookies and cream). 

The place where I bought my cake was called Epidorpia. 

But to be fair, it was YUMMY, soft and creamy! Do I wish to buy again? 

Yes, only bigger next time. ;)
