This Drawing - What Could This Possibly Mean?

One evening when she got bored, she took a receipt and wrote something at the back. When I check it. It was actually her drawing. Lol :D

Am wondering if  what my little buddy meant by this drawing that she had of me? Or for the two of us in the room maybe. It is fascinating how kids can be so honest that sometimes it will just blew your mind with how they think things through.
