Offended or Hurt?

She showed this to me, and told me that she doesn't like the message coming from her friend. I guess her first taste of being hurt? I don't know. I am torn between laughing and to just tell her that it is just okay to ignore such things.

How I wish I can tell her that there is so much more hurts in life as we age and mature but then, I wonder if my ten-year-old niece Dara would understand ;)
