The Lure of Plastic
Credit card use can be addicting. It makes everything so
easy to have.
This morning, I left my credit cards at home. I hope this
would start the day of not buying those things that I cannot afford anymore.
The misery that this has caused me are intentional and self-inflicted.
Prior to not having these plastics, my patience and delayed
gratification principle were at its best. I’m okay with not buying anything.
Come this era of plastics, buying became the new vice. It has become easier to
get things that I don’t even need. However, my savings is almost zero.
I hope to change the way and to make everything right to
correct the wrongs.
And to saying NO to the things that I cannot afford.
