Upper Right Chest Pains (50 of 365)

Last night was scary, I can hardly sleep. No matter how I twist and turn, my upper right chest was painful. Like for every breath, I can feel the pressure and pain. Because of Covid19 pandemic, I panicked, thinking 'do I experience shortness of breath already?' Is this a covid symptoms? I uttered a prayer "Please Lord, not now, not yet."

I almost decided not to sleep at all just so I can monitor myself and how I'm feeling. I googled a lot of "right chest pains". Sometimes, it scares me the more :'(

Still, God is good and I was able to sleep and a certain position allows me to comfortably dooze off. Until morning :'(

Nowadays, I am always reminded to take care of myself more :)
