Pancake Afternoon! (131 of 365)

Wendy and Neca, at their back is Russel.

I promised Wendy and her brother that I will cook them pancake last Saturday but since it has been raining almost non-stop, I decided to just make it today - Monday. 

This is also my first time to use all-purpose flour and evaporated milk instead of those pre-mix pancake mix in a box. Well, I'm glad it turned out very soft and yummy still :) I even gave some to Ate P and for her son JR.

And late in the afternoon, more kids came, unfortunately what I had was just almost 2 glasses of pineapple juice. Sadly, I told them to come back this Saturday so they can have some too :)
