Sauteed Bago and Steamed Okra at 6:30AM (120 of 365)
"BAGO" leaves known as leaves from Gnemon tree, Daeking tree, Joint-Fir spinach, Belinjo, Padi Oats, Bigo, Kuliat, Meang and Melinjo.
Since I was young 'bago' leaves was usually cooked with vegetables soup. Most often I noticed it with coconut milk or we call it vegetables with "tinunuan" in our dialect.
This morning, I tried it simply by having it sauteed with garlic, as advised by an 11-year-old child ;)
Okay, so at 6:30AM, I have it ready for my lunch together with steamed okra :)
