Sleeping Like a Baby - (127 of 165)


It has been four nights since I started sleeping well. I made it a point to sleep eight hours a day since then.
I start at 9:00PM and usually wakes up at 5:30AM . I can really feel all the positive changes that it gave my body. I'm so happy and got a clearer head this time.
No wonder, our Doctors always reminded us to get enough sleep every night. I'm so thankful to God that He allow me to listen to myself and take heed this time :)
To more nights of happy and restful sleep! :)
