Almost Money, Shame (168 of 365)

 

Today,  I almost had a sale on the lot sold by an owner near Island City Mall.

But for a 100 square meter lot for only Php200,000.00, people are queueing to buy it. My client already decided to talk to the owner and plans to pay tomorrow.

BUT, someone else beat us to it. 

Such a shame! :'(

I wanna cry :(
