Not in Singapore!

 

This behaviour is simply not acceptable in Singapore! Unfortunately, Caucasians are usually the ones who resist rules, I guess, the advantage of enjoying too much freedom from their home country.

I'm just glad that there are nations like Singapore who can discipline people, regardless if you came from a First World country or not.
